One of the deportees from Alegria was rejected on first instance and did not get the possibility to appeal. He was woken up at 6.30 in the morning at Moria removal prison and given only 15 minutes to pack his belongings. His phone was confiscated and he was not allowed to talk with friends or a lawyer and was transferred to the police station and then brought with the bus to the deportation ferry. Supporters were not allowed to provide him with the number of Turkish lawyers before the deportation. |
